A journey dedicated to preserving and promoting the beauty of traditional Islamic art in the heart of Constanța.

The Beginnings of a Dream

In 2015, a group of art and history enthusiasts came together with a common vision: creating a space dedicated to the Islamic cultural heritage in Romania. The idea took shape in a modest workshop in the old center of Constanța.

Gallery Opening

In 2018, the dream became a reality with the official inauguration of the "Traditional Art Exhibitions" gallery. The first major exhibition, "The Art of Divine Lines," brought classical Arabic calligraphy to the forefront, attracting over 1,000 visitors in the first month.

Recognized Cultural Center

By 2023, our space had evolved into a true cultural center. We expanded the collections with Ottoman mosaics and historical textiles, launched educational programs, and became a reference point for the study and appreciation of Oriental art in the Black Sea region.

The Beginning of the Vision

Founding of the Muslim Crowdfunder — Traditional Art Exhibitions initiative with the goal of creating a space dedicated to Oriental art in Constanța.
